Where is your shampoo and conditioner produced?
Manufacturing takes place in Stockholm at Sweden's leading lab for professional hairdressing and cosmetic products. The new formula "Schnoodie Coat Concept" has been developed and tested in collaboration with experienced dog groomers.

It smells very good, what is the name of the perfume?
The fragrance is called "Infinity Stone". We also have fragrance-free versions if desired.

Can I become a reseller for your products?
Yes, email us and we can tell you more.

How do I know that my order has gone through?
You will receive an order confirmation to the email address you entered when ordering, usually within 24 hours. Also check your spam or contact us if you haven't received an email. Email info@schnoodie.com

What is the delivery time?
Standard within Sweden is 2-5 working days. Holidays and public holidays are not included and may cause a delay. We aim to ship orders the same day or the next day. Export orders might take a couple days extra, depending on country. Write us an email if you're in a hurry and we'll speed up the process!

My package was damaged when I received it, what do I do?
Take pictures of the package, let us know if something is damaged or missing and email us and we will help you.

Which forwarders do you use?
It may vary depending on the address or size of the shipment. We usually send with Postnord to your mailbox, or to the nearest agent. Sometimes we use DHL Service Point, Citymail or Early Bird.

Contact us if you or your agent have not received delivery within 5 working days.

Do you need to return something?
Are you not satisfied, or do you want to change to another size? Contact us, and we will do our utmost to help you!

We apply a 14-day right of return calculated from the day you picked up your order. The product must be unused and in original condition with labels and any original packaging intact.

You are responsible for return shipping, but if there is something wrong with your order, we will send you a prepaid return shipping slip.

How do I use a discount code?
If you have a discount code, enter it at checkout.

Can I pre-book a sold-out product?
Email us or use "Remind me" on the product page (coming soon).

Do you have a physical store?
At the moment we do not have a physical store, but we do have some retailers with a selection of our range. Feel free to contact us for more information.
